Two Class Options

Breath Work Before Work – IN PERSON

This class meets in person Mondays at 7:30-8am in the Moon Room at the Common Street Spiritual Center, Natick MA. To register please click the button below. First class is free with the code FIRST.

Class runs Monday, March 11 through Monday, June 10. No Class Monday, April 15th.

Breath Work Before Work – ONLINE

This class meets online via Zoom, live only, no recording. We will be live each week at 8-8:30am on Fridays. Click the button below to register for the class. First class is free with the code FIRST.

Class runs Friday, March 15 through Friday, June 7.  No class Friday, April 19th.

What to expect from classes:

Each week class will be broken into 3 parts over 30 minutes.

Part 1
Settle in, scan the body and the mind, notice the breath.
Part 2
Use gentle seated movements to find greater freedom in the spine, ribcage and diaphragm.
Part 3
Begin the breath practice that is simple yet creates a powerful change in your nervous system.
Part 4
Return to your day with a new perspective. Present. Awake and Aware.
