Breathe Light, Slow, and Low

The Breath Work Blueprint: Light, Slow and Low – ONLINE CLASS

8-8:30/8:45am, Live on Zoom. Recording sent out after.

In this 4-week long class, participants will learn the fundamentals of functional breath work. Each class will begin with determining your BOLT score (Blood Oxygen Level) which we will recheck after doing the breath work. Over the four weeks we will move through learning to breathe light, breathe slow and breathe low before putting it all together in our final week.
