$18 for drop ins (drop in registration will open after the first class has happened).
There will be a replay available each week for 48 hours after class recording is sent out.

Props that will be helpful:
Yoga mat – you’ll use this every week
Blanket/firm throw pillow
Blocks
Small child’s ball, Coregeous Ball, or small throw pillow.
Theraband and/or looped theraband
Yoga Strap
