As you head back into the classroom wearing masks, there are some things you can do to help your voice so it won’t become fatigued and hoarse. Below is a PDF you can download that has possible solutions for common problems teachers run into trying to teach with masks and some exercises to explore connected to the breath and the voice.
Remember, when you engage in this work, you will get farther when you are curious and compassionate towards yourself. What you are doing is hard and you are not alone!
