PRIVACY POLICY
NON-LEGAL SUMMARY:
Sarah Whitten is a voice and yoga teacher who has been operating this blog independently since 2013. She is passionate about content and wants to provide you with information you care about. She also cares deeply about your privacy as a human being who loathes being added to e-mail lists without consent and other shady Internet data practices.
Here are the primary ways that your information may be connected to this site:
• Mailing list: Sarah Whitten never adds people to the mailing list without their explicit consent. From Day 1 mailing list add-ons have been opt-in only. Every e-mail offers an easy mechanism to unsubscribe if you are no longer interested in our information (though we hope you’ll stick around!).
• Comments: If you leave a comment on a blog post, you provide data (e.g., e-mail address and name) so we can respond directly if necessary. We receive e-mail notifications about comments but once we address the comment, we delete those e-mails.
• Direct e-mails: If you e-mail us directly or submit via our contact form you are submitting your e-mail to us through that process. But as mentioned above, I will never add you to our newsletter because you e-mailed me about something else!
There are some other technical possibilities that are detailed in the legal verbiage below. Please feel welcome to read these details and don’t hesitate to contact info@sarahwhitten.com if you have any questions. Sarah’s plans are simple, to provide you with high quality content and keep you learning and moving and singing better – and she will never sell your data to a third party – and in all honesty, she wouldn’t even know how to begin to do that.
